An overview of your transition

Early August 2026

  • A Welcome Letter will be mailed to your organization with important information about your commercial deposit and loan accounts.

August 2026

  • Your organization will receive information about the transition of your online banking and treasury management services.
  • A preview period for Fifth Third Direct®, Fifth Third's commercial online banking platform, begins on or around August 19, allowing you to explore and prepare for live use.

Friday, September 4, 2026

  • Last day of access to Comerica Business Connect.

Friday, September 4 – Monday, September 7, 2026

  • Online banking, treasury management and payment activity may be limited while we complete the transition.

Tuesday, September 8, 2026

  • Your Comerica accounts and treasury management services transition to Fifth Third, and you can begin accessing them through Fifth Third platforms.
  • Comerica branches and ATMs become Fifth Third, and we look forward to welcoming you.
