On September 8, 2026, your Comerica business accounts and services will transition to Fifth Third. Your accounts will continue to operate as they do today, but they will now be supported through Fifth Third’s systems, branches and digital banking platforms.

You’ll continue to have the support of a banking team and gain access to additional tools, expanded services and a broader banking network designed to support your day-to-day operations, manage cash flow and help you plan with confidence.

You can continue contacting the same people you work with today. Reach out to your relationship manager or banking team for support or visit a branch location for additional assistance.

As a Comerica customer, you already have fee-free access to Fifth Third ATMs. When your accounts transition to Fifth Third on September 8, 2026, Comerica branches and ATMs will begin operating as Fifth Third Bank and you’ll have access to Fifth Third’s branch and ATM network for your business needs.

Comerica branches will become Fifth Third locations as part of this transition. Most locations are expected to continue operating with similar hours and services. Any branch changes were shared with you by mail.

• As we transition over Labor Day weekend, there will be a brief period during which some Comerica online and mobile banking services will have limited availability.
• If eligible, a preview period beginning on August 19 will give you time to familiarize yourself with Fifth Third Direct^® prior to using the new service for “live” transactions on September 8.
• You will have full access to your accounts through Fifth Third online and mobile banking or Fifth Third Direct beginning Tuesday, September 8, depending on the digital and cash management services you currently use.
• Watch for separate communications in the coming weeks for details about your online and mobile banking transition.

Your current Comerica business debit card will continue to work without interruption.

• You can continue using your checking, savings and money market account numbers without interruption.
• Certificate of Deposit (CD) and loan account numbers will change. Your new account number will be located in Fifth Third online and mobile banking, in Fifth Third Direct and on your CD maturity notice.
• Billing statements for loans enrolled in Autopay will be issued five days prior to the payment due date. This timing may be shorter than the notice period outlined in your Automatic Loan Payment Authorization or other existing arrangements.
• If the due date for any automatic loan payment falls on a weekend or holiday, the date on which the payment is deducted from your account will change to the preceding business day, rather than the following business day, effective Tuesday, September 8. For example, if a payment is due on Sunday, November 1, it will be deducted from your account on Friday, October 30, not on Monday, November 2. Please contact your banker or relationship team with any questions or concerns regarding automatic loan payments.

Continue to use your current Comerica-branded checks following the account transition, until your checks run out.

• No change to the terms and conditions of your loan or line of credit.
• Payments can be mailed to the address indicated on your Fifth Third statement, via online enrollment or automated channel.
• Account numbers for all loans will change; you can find your new number on your first statement from Fifth Third; no action is required.
